Moog set the synth standard decades ago and this Sub Phatty combines classic, quality circuitry with a build for today’s players. Rich analog sound, 25 semi-weighted keys, monophonic with two variable wave shape oscillators, plus a sub oscillator and noise generator, Moog low pass ladder filter, 4 banks of presets with 4 patches per, Modulation, Mixer, ADSR envelope generators, and Multidrive control which can easily add gritty distortion into your music. It’s all right at your fingertips with 31 knobs and plenty of switches to ensure you’ll never run dry of possibilities with this synth. Unrelenting, thick bass? Out of this world sonic squeals? Classic synth sounds? You’ll find all of it and way more in this Sub Phatty Synth, plus the tools to create never before heard sounds.

As many knobs and switches as this has, it’s still super easy to operate with one function per knob so you’re able to make music the way you want, on the fly. The two oscillators here can move between waveforms so you’re not hampered by having to choose just one, as with many other synths. Waveforms include Triangle, Square, Sawtooth and Pulse. The Sub Oscillator gives you one octave below the first main oscillator’s pitch, with square form oscillation and it makes for killer bass.
